Saat ini beliau menjabat Chief Consultant/ Assistant to President Director of PT. MU Research & Consulting Indonesia (formerly known as PT. UFJ Institute Indonesia), beliau juga dosen tidak tetap pada Universitas Riau dan Universitas Nasional, 27 tahun berpengalaman sebagai konsultan manajemen dan 20 tahun sebagai pengajar Training-training dan seminar-seminar mengenai Manajemen, Keuangan, Operational, HR and Development Programs. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di berbagai negara seperti ROC Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Hongkong, Australia dan PNG.
