Globalisasi ekonomi dan bisnis berdampak kepada kompetensi para profesional di berbagai bidang, termasuk mereka yang mengelola sumberdaya manusia (SDM). Untuk bisa bersaing di dunia bisnis, para praktisi dan eksekutif manajemen SDM perlu untuk memiliki kompetensi dalam manajemen SDM yang diakui secara luas.

Bekerjasama dengan Kazian Global School of Management yang terafiliasi dengan Mahatma Gandhi University di India – pusat pembelajaran ilmu bisnis terkemuka di kawasan Asia – maka Kami meluncurkan program Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP), di mana para lulusannya berhak mencantumkan gelar CHRMP di  belakang namanya sebagai identitas profesional yang dimiliki. Para pemilik gelar CHRMP ini memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk mengembangkan karirnya dan bekerja secara global.

Para peserta Program CHRMP tidak hanya diajarkan tentang berbagai subyek utama dalam siklus manajemen SDM (HR Cycle), melainkan juga bagaimana membangun dan menjalankan manajemen SDM secara lebih strategik. Peran strategik tersebut ditunjukkan dalam pengelolaan kompetensi dan kinerja SDM.

Semakin disadari oleh perusahaan bahwa ada keterkaitan langsung antara pencapaian strategi dan sasaran perusahaan dengan pengelolaan kompetensi dan kinerja SDM. Program CHRMP mengintegrasikan kebutuhan riil di tempat kerja dengan perubahan paradigma yang sedang terjadi dalam dunia manajemen SDM saat ini dan di masa depan.

Tujuan dan Sasaran Program CHRMP

Program CHRMP bertujuan untuk
   * Menciptakan profesional manajemen SDM dengan penguasaan teori dan praktik yang memadai untuk menjalankan berbagai perannya sebagai seorang profesional di bidang manajemen SDM

Sedangkan sasaran yang ingin dicapai adalah:
   * Peserta mampu memahami lingkup kerja Manajemen SDM, mampu memahami perubahan paradigma Manajemen SDM yang terjadi, mampu memahami pendekatanpendekatan baru yang aplikatif, serta memiliki ketrampilan dasar yang dapat diterapkan dalam bidang Manajemen SDM.

Peserta Program CHRP adalah profesional di bidang manajemen SDM dengan pengalaman kerja di bidang manajemen SDM minimal 3 tahun.

Team Fasilitator, Pembimbing, dan Penguji CHRP
Team Fasilitator, Pembimbing, dan Penguji memiliki latar belakang pengalaman praktik dan konsultansi manajemen dengan pengalaman minimal 15 tahun di berbagai perusahaan terkemuka. Semuanya memiliki gelar S-2 di dalam dan luar negeri, di samping S-1 dari perguruan tinggi terkemuka di Indonesia.

Proses Sertifikasi
Proses sertifikasi CHRP dilakukan dalam bentuk serangkaian pembekalan, penugasan, dan pengujian yang keseluruhannya memakan waktu sekitar 3 bulan, dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
